LOCATION

Where will my generator be installed?

During your at-home consultation, will help you pick the best location for installing your standby generator. We seek a stable, well-drained area with enough space for generator maintenance. The closer the site is to a natural gas line and the electric meter, the more you will save on installation costs.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

What happens after an install site is selected?

After site selection, will prepare the site, often with a concrete slab with a pea gravel base.
The gas line will be a 3/4" black pipe through the wall basement connection to the existing 1-1/1" line.
We will connect the fuel line, and install a transfer switch next to your main breaker box or meter. The transfer switch is the piece of your backup power system that will automatically kick your generator into action after losing utility power.
We will make all the connections, controller with activation, WIFI connection, and general controller training. We will start up and record voltage output and load test.
